The Nerikomi Dresser was created for the R & Company Gallery’s exhibition Objects:USA 2024 . A triennial exhibition surveying the best and most innovative makers in contemporary design, craft and art. With over a thousand hours of work makes this piece our most ambitious work. It is made of almost entirely plywood scraps from our neighbors’ cabinet shops saving over 400 pounds of wood from going to the landfill transforming the scraps into a piece of art that can last generations.
This piece saved over 400lbs from the landfill.
